i think i’m going to make an effort to be on this blog more often. i’ve been kindof staying away from it on purpose for a while, because as i mentioned the last time i posted, i’ve been trying to focus on loving myself, and my dashboard here can be a little triggering.
i’m feeling stronger now though, and a lot better, so i think i’ll definitely try to be on more :) it’s also summer, so i have way more time!
i just counted the days since i decided to start eating healthy, and it’s been 308 days! almost a whole year eating clean & healthy! i’m proud :) the best part - i don’t even want junk food anymore! seriously, if i crave something sweet i have fruit or frozen yogurt - way better! :)
I haven’t been on here in forever because, even though I’m still exercising and eating only healthy foods, I’ve been trying to focus less on hating myself & needing to lose weight, and more on just loving and accepting myself as I am in the process.
I still want to be much thinner, but I’ve chosen to love myself now in the meantime. I’m just going to be patient and hopefully, slowly the pounds will come off and eventually be really visible and worth the wait :)
It’s not easy, and there’s always that voice in my head telling me “you’re not good enough, you’re disgusting, you’re too fat” etc. but I’m just trying my absolute hardest to push it out of the way and replace it with what I actually like about myself.
So far, so good. I hope I can keep this up!

so, since i’m in pain today (from biking 18 miles yesterday + doing pilates), i wanted to still do enough, but not risk injury.
biked - 8.37 miles
avg speed - 16.7 (slower than usual)
burned - 232 calories
now i’m gonna do some pilates and stuff :) it’s EXTREMELY hot in my room, since the weather just decided to become summer in 2 days… haha, wish me luck! x
biked another 8.40 miles after dinner :) burned 240 more calories.
total biking distance today - about 18 miles.
i also did some pilates / ab workouts.

DAY 1 - over 7 miles. AVG SPEED - about 16.5 !
I’m so proud of myself :) I just keep pushing a bit further every day and it’s working so well ! :) I can really feel it in my lower legs, thighs and butt.
Now I’m going to go drink lots & lots of water and maybe do some pilates and/or ab workouts :) I just want to be toned so badly. gotta be ready for summer!
Yesterday I biked a bit over 7 miles in 30 minutes and burned about 215 calories.
Today, I biked 8 miles in 30 minutes and burned about 230 calories!
So proud of myself, that not only did I exercise again, but I did even better than yesterday! and I also had fun :)
I really think I’m going to be able to stick with this plan :) Don’t forget girls, always push yourselves a little bit further than the day before! You’ll be glad you did!
Now I’m going to go shower and then drink lots and lots of water. haha :) xx
