guys, guess what!

Yesterday I biked a bit over 7 miles in 30 minutes and burned about 215 calories.

Today, I biked 8 miles in 30 minutes and burned about 230 calories!

So proud of myself, that not only did I exercise again, but I did even better than yesterday! and I also had fun :)

I really think I’m going to be able to stick with this plan :) Don’t forget girls, always push yourselves a little bit further than the day before! You’ll be glad you did!


Now I’m going to go shower and then drink lots and lots of water. haha :) xx

back from my run!

so, yesterday I ended up running for about 15 minutes, which is really good, because I’ve NEVER been a runner, and most of the programs I’ve looked at said to start running for about 5 minutes for a while. I definitely did overdo it a bit, and didn’t stretch enough, because I don’t think I’m supposed to be THIS sore, I can barely walk. BUT… that didn’t stop me from running for another 15 minutes today. 

Yesterday, I also did the “Core Crunch” 15 minute workout on Nike Training. My abs have been KILLING me today, but this kind of sore is okay to me because I feel proud of myself. It hurts more to NOT work out.

I looked into this place nearby that has a swimming pool, gym and fitness classes. I’m probably going to join next week… it also comes with a personal trainer to explain what you want to do. (for me, I want to lose weight and tone up!) I really hope one of my friends will go with me, but I’ll probably go either way. 

Now I’m in a good mood, really sore and listening to music, excited that tomorrow is Friday. :)
