i haven’t been going over my daily calorie intake at all, i haven’t ate junk food in 250+ days, and last night i finally got an exercycle. today i biked over 7 miles! burned 215 calories in only 30 minutes, THEN went for a 30 minute walk!
i feel so happy and proud of myself right now :) i really feel best when i’m active and i’m going to keep it up!
best part - i even had fun doing those 2 things! it didn’t feel like a chore, it was actually fun.
so excited to do it all again tomorrow .. and all the way throughout summer and on :)
if you guys are having problems finding an exercise plan that you enjoy and that you can stick with, don’t get discouraged! keep searching and you WILL find something :) xx
