Brown rice has a lot of healthy nutrients like vitamins B1, B3 and B6, iron, manganese, phosphorus and fiber that is responsible for our good health and the feeling of being satisfied. When I use brown rice in a recipe that calls for white rice I usually add an extra ½ cup of water and extra 10-15 minutes of cook time.

First of all, I’m not trying to be attractive for guys. Or any other people for that matter. I’m eating healthy and getting my body back so that I’ll feel happy about my own weight again. You don’t define what is attractive or unattractive to me. You also don’t know my body type. Everyone is different. I’m not obsessed, I’m sick of feeling like shit about myself and I’m going to change it for the positive. I understand where you’re coming from, and thanks for your concern, but I will treat my body how I want to.
