I decided to make this blog as a way for me to seek motivation and meet people who were dealing with similar struggles as my own. (losing weight, confidence issues, eating disorders, etc).
I don’t recommend starving yourself or treating your body in any unhealthy way. Most of the time, I follow that, but sometimes, I make mistakes, or I make an unhealthy choice. This blog is mostly a positive one, one that I hope will encourage others to lose weight the healthiest way possible, but it’s also a place for me to post about what I’m feeling, so I’m not going to hold back at all.
